I fell on my head and bled and said... I shoudn't have sped and glad I'm not dead.

While cycling down Pearson Falls Rd at 30 mph I crashed into a pothole and flipped over the handlebars. I banged my head, shoulders and had some 2nd degree road rash burns.

This has been my 5th significant fall in a year of cycling. I have now decided to retire from road biking and move over to Mt. biking.
This can be a controversial subject but I now fear the concrete and would like to move over to dirt. I have never mtb before and am looking forward to learning.
